A collaboration with Oddly Correct Coffee Roasters. We cultured microbes from unroasted raw coffee beans and used them to 100% ferment this sour beer. We also added raspberries, cherries, tahitian vanilla bean, and whole bean roasted coffee to the fermenter to produce flavors/aromas similar to coffee cherry fruit.
