Cherry IPA - Brewer's Tap

An Ipa that has been inspired by the autumn cherry picking time. Pours dark pink, red-ish color, with nice big white foam. Rich fruity flavours comes through, tending to some belgian beers. Cherry puree and generous dose of Mosaic hops in late fermentation fase, create bland of cherry, greipfruit and some floral, flavors. Lower alcohol, moderate carbonation and long lasting hoppy finish, together with fruity texture, makes that beer unique hybrid, and pleasent bewerage to drink.Cheers everyone!!!
