We would like to announce this year's version of Traveler's Welcome! Each ear we brew this beer for our anniversary and each year it is a different recipe.This year we wanted to go in a new direction and made a 5% beer for our 5th Anniversary - a Dry Hopped West Coast Pale Ale.This beer is somewhat of a hybrid in that is has a new school malt build, mostlv 2 row with a touch of Munich malt and no crystal malts. We then hop it in the kettle with Saphir and Cascade for a classic and traditional hop contribution and then dry hop it exclusively with Mosaic to dial up the fruity & citrusy hop notes. It has just enough malt backbone to support the hops but then get out of the way for that crisp, clean and hoppy finish.
