Experimental!!! Think of an oxidative dry and nutty white wine. Made with a shitload of buckwheats. Merlot Barrel Aging. For a counterpart the beer was dryhopped with a small amount of Cashmere Hops. Ingredients: Pilsner Malt, Buckwheat, Wheat Malt, aged Hops (Bramling Cross 2012), Yeast and Bacteria, fresh Hops (US Cashmere 2022).
