Hafermann ( also known as the oat man) is a monster known for hiding in crop fields and stealing children of adults ever lay eyes on it the rumour is they will die in a years time. For us it simply means a delicious mosaic Cryo pale ale brewed at a super crushable 4.1%. Three types of oats where used in the mash along with un malted barely to create a light coloured ale with a fully body and oat dryness. Mosaic T90, Mosaic Cryo and Citra T90 where added in dryhop giving this beer a beautiful hop character that jumps out of the glass. Enjoy!
