''Festum Fera'' translates to Wild Festival.We proudly present Festum Fera 1, a (session 1) festival exclusive at the Wildfestival in Groningen! This first batch pays homage to the iconic geuze, a beer style that is created by blending young and aged lambics.For this unique take on a traditional mead, we fermented 14 different varieties of honey separately, before carefully blending them together to create a complex and layered flavor profile. Festum Fera 1 captures the wild essence of lambic with a touch of sweetness from the honey, resulting in a beautifully balanced and refreshing festival mead!
