W:7 is fermented cold with a lager yeast to give a crisp malt profile. The hops on display are two varieties from New Zealand - Nelson Sauvin and Moutere - creating a mélange of citrus, freshly crushed gooseberries and resinous pine flavour balanced with a clean bitter finish.
