"Malus" translates to apple.For Batch 3, we take our apple mead to a whole new level! We've carefully selected and blended twelve distinct varieties of apples, using over 6 kilograms of apple per liter to intensify that fresh, orchard burst in every sip.Additionally, this batch has been aged for a short time on Calvados and bourbon —not to dominate with a strong brandy or bourbon note, but to add a layer of complexity and round out the flavor profile.
