Batch 7 of Sum of Things features the same yeast strain we utilized in batch 6 (Voss Kveik) blended with another Kveik strain called “Hornindal”. These two yeast strains work in tandem with generous Citra dry hop additions to produce a fruit cocktail aroma/flavor.
