Named after China’s most infamous pirate, Zheng Shi (郑氏), who in the early 19th century was so powerful that even the British were helpless against her armada. Amber in color, this beer is a medium bodied pale ale made with 2-row malt and American hops. The Zombie Pirate boasts an aroma of fresh but subtle citrus hops and finishes semi-sweet with a touch of hoppiness and biscuit malt flavors.
