Marionette is a super special Super Mega Funk Department collaboration with Atypical Brewery! The fine folks at Atypical came to us with the idea to do something wild using the barrel that held their World Beer Cup Gold Medal - winning Gin & Spruce and we jumped at the chance.Marionette was fermented in Atypical’s Gin & Spruce barrel for exactly two years with a combination of both of our house cultures and before refermenting on whole peaches in stainless steel for a few months and then conditioned on fresh thyme. It was then packaged and bottle conditioned for a nice, natural carbonation to bring out the tart peach and herbal thyme notes.
