Spontaneous beer, fermented and aged for two years in oak barrels after leaving our coolship, then refermented in secondary oak casks with Montmorency & Morello tart cherries as well as Boysenberries. Artfully blended afterwards, and naturally conditioned in bottles and kegs.The BessenKriek presents a complex fruit profile that unfolds with time in the glass, and a soft complexity that will continue to mature over the coming months.Bottled 07/19
