Syrlig Vinbär 2020 Coolab with Station LinnéThe awesome guys at Station Linné came to me with the idea of re-fermenting Black Currants with the beer from Barrel no 9, we added 300g/L of Black Currants and let it ferment, then blended with another beer for right balance of beer and fruit.
