Experimental IPA with Phantasm, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin. Phantasm powder is made from the skins of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The beer is then fermented with Helio Gazer yeast, specifically designed to bring out the tropical, passion fruit aromas in the Phantasm.
