A farmhouse ale naturally fermented using the skin-contact method with Chungsoo grapes, specially cultivated to thrive in ​Korea's unique climate and soil. After harvesting, the grapes undergo a week-long carbonic maceration process to ​enhance their bubblegum-like character, resulting in a beer with the delightful layers of sweet grape flesh and tart skins.
