This beer is an exercise in subtlety. A clean, softly acidic saison base mingles with subtle wood character achieved through short barrel contact time. A large addition of peach and apricot, cold steeped, brings apricot marmalade, delicate honeysuckle and peach cobbler with a soft, refreshing finish.
