Emily and I decided to do another of what we call a blend off! We each selected from eight barrels for a small non-fruited blend. Surprisingly, neither of us used the same barrels. We each found a really unique barrel we liked and then added a bit of other character from supporting barrels. Each blend is super unique and very different. Team no fruit will love them, as will you! We'll be announcing who's blend is who's later this year. Grab a bottle of each and judge for yourself!
