Yet, the divine spirit of brewing, in its wisdom, can sometimes surprise us, offering unexpected treasures through the magic of fermentation.While crafting a new Belgian-style Witbier, we serendipitously add lactobacillus into the beer. Embracing the spirit of experimentation, we followed this twist. As days passed, an unforeseen spectrum of flavors emerged.The outcome? A hazy, pale gold looks, graced by the vibrant notes of lemon and sour orange.
