Are there sexier words someone can whisper into your ear than "Let's Lager"? Actually, there probably is, but that's debatable at the Moksa Taproom. Let's Lager starts as a traditional German Pilsner then gets a West Coast treatment of a 3.3 lbs per bbl dry hop combo of Galaxy and Simcoe. This beer is crisp with a high carbonation and familiar lager esters from the yeast. The fruit forward hops add layers of pear, gala apples, Gewürztraminer grapes, and pomelos.
