Proximity Pilsner

Описание

Proximity Pilsner was brewed with pilsner malt from Proximity Malt out of Colorado. We’re proud to source our Pilsner malt from them as they are local (Colorado) & focused on sustainability. You may think that’s not local, but in the beer malting world, it sure is! Previously all of our grain was from Weyermann Specialty Malts. We still use their malts & praise their quality, but imagine the transportation and environmental impact that comes from sourcing overseas...traveling from CO to TX has much less impact. The bags the malt arrives in is also recyclable! This helps us get closer to our goal of being Zero Waste & help protect Mother Earth even longer.
