We’re talking 100% Western Australian grains, including our own sustainably grown base malt from Tolga Farms in Kulin, and chit malt from right down the road in Capel.To make it extra special, we’ve spun it through our centrifuge for ultimate clarity, then given it a dose of cutting-edge Nectaron Quantum Brite hop extract – think sunshine and good vibes! Oh, and to make it even easier to knock back a few pints, we’ve added Brewers Clarex, making it gluten-reduced as well.So, raise a glass to 160 years of The Rose – this is one “Not Out” you’ll definitely want to celebrate!
