Light yellow in colour with a bright clarity and tight white head. Citrus zest, fresh wheat and light grassy notes are blended well producing a fresh alluring aroma. A low to medium level body is complemented by an approachable bitterness and is balanced well with a very low level residual sweetness. Dryhopped with Mosaic, Citra and Nelson Sauvin. Enjoy!
