In Batch 7 we go to the West-Coast of America. Looking at Sierra Nevada, Stone Brewing and Russian River for inspiration we went big on Pine, Orange Pith from the dry-hopping of all three hops, the lingering Bitter finish comes from the Columbus at first wort hopping. We used a combination of Munich, Vienna and Aromatic for the signature Graham Cracker and Honey Sweetness to complement the bitterness and orange pith.
