IPA where we have collaborated with WHC lab on the latest knowledge in microbrewing. With this IPA, we work with the production of thiols, which are very aromatic. By using the skins from white grapes and a yeast that can open up their flavor universe, we have here an IPA that is bursting with flavor nuances from citrus to white grapes in a lovely foggy and creamy Christmas beer.It is hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Phantasm powder.
