Say A Little Prayer

Описание

We've gone big for our Winter Special. Say A Little Prayer is a White Double IPA at 8% blending our house ale yeast with a Belgian Wit yeast using a grist typical of Wit-style beers. We added Sweet Orange Peel, Coriander Seed, and heavily dry hopped with Amarillo Cryo and El Dorado. It's all about the Orange and Citrus vibes with this one. Soft, fluffy, and full with flavours of mandarins, clementines, and sweet oranges. The aroma follows with added spice and pepper with big dripping orange zest, peach, and mango.
