Rye TIPA with Spruce Tips and Orange ZestCan Release 5/18 - $23/4-packWe love Holiday Dragon, and wanted to make something similar, but less Chirstmas-y... so we foraged spruce tips! Wait? Wouldn't that make it more Chirstmas-y? Luckily the fresh spring growth of spruce trees provide a more citrusy less-resinous-pine flavor than you might imagine. We layered them with fresh orange zest to create a more vibrant, citrusy, and aromatic version of this dank Triple IPA!
