Space Spook

10% imperial stout with double vanilla and marshmallow. This beer is a super unexpected spook. Marshmallow and fudge on the aroma, but the first sip is super roasty with lots of bitter chocolate. It opens up after a few sips, especially as it warms, with notes of vanilla bean cinnamon graham cracker, s’mores with dark chocolate, and those expensive chocolate cacao bars with dark berry notes. The marshmallow stays on the palate with a cocoa powder kick.
