One Way Street is a brand new Black IPA, brewed with Chinook, Vic Secret and Citra. For this beer we wanted to take you back in time a few years to a place where hop forward dark beers were all the rage. This Black IPA pours an extremely clear dark brown - black colour with a light tan head. On the nose we have a complex mix of fruity hops, with a noticeable hint of dark malt roast. On the palate we have a crisp and clean body with a moderate bitterness that is accelerated with the help of some dark roasted malt character coming through on the backend. The hop bitterness brings through fruity hits of orange peel, light passionfruit and a finishing hit of pine. The finish is clean and dry making this the perfect beer to ease out of the depth
