Hop Oils: Centennial

Our first time dosing a beer with steam-distilled hop oils. Centennial in this case into Cheaper Hops. These oils (1-2% of the hop's dry weight) are extracted from wet hops, so they contain the bright-citrusy-green notes of the varietal. The Centennial has lemon and orange notes especially.Glacier Ranch describes the aroma as "Intense Citrus/lemon, Floral, and Spice."
