This young, oak fermented Solera style Saison was aged on second use Door County Balaton cherries, Minnesota indigo gem haskaps, Lake City bluebell grapes, and Minnesota crusader black currants. Bright wild blackberry tones, a quick spritz finish, balanced tannic acidity, and woodsy rustic aromas are what you can expect from this toned-down mixed culture ale. This season was bottle conditioned with Minnesota wildflower honey.
