In accordance with German tradition we wanted to brew a strong spring focused lager so that we could throw a party. Toasty, mellow malt sweetness, with a firm backbone of herbal and spicy Tettnanger. Brewed with German Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts and fermented with our house lager strain.
