We brewed this summer time gose with 50% malted wheat, a touch of sea salt, and hand crushed coriander. After fermentation we allowed this tart ale to rest on Meyer lemon and strawberry puree. Ultra refreshing with notes of tart Meyer lemonade, juicy summer strawberries, and a crackery wheat finish.
