For this Oude Kriekenlambik, we macerated sour cherries on lambik brewed with local cereals. We macerated these sour cherries for more than three months on young lambik and we blended with some more old lambik. In total, we used six lambikken from two different foeders.The weighted average age of this blend is over fourteen months.The final fruit concentration is 33%.
