Caldera is a Brown ale brewed with coffee from a volcanic region of El Salvador, roasted to perfection by our friends at Prolog.We made a highly concentrated cold brew, which we infused into the beer. We additionally "dry beaned" the beer, allowing it to macerate on whole coffee beans.The result is a hugely aromatic, coffee-forward brown ale with notes of chocolate and toasted nuts.
