Creamsicle IPA The Series: ADVENT!Spliced is a Creamsicle IPA and the first of a creamsicle IPA series that is due for release early 2025. This is a brand new style for Mountain Culture that weve developing since May 2024. Creamsicle IPA's take oat cream IPA indulgence to another level by combining our oat cream IPA base with fresh fruit and ice cream.For the science bit: Lactose is added to the boil create a base level of sweetness. During whirlpool and fermentation, hops are added as usual to the base. Post fermentation, we spin the beer with frest fruit puree, dried coconut and vanilla for an extra week before crashing the beer and packaging.
