We had their head brewer Niko Tonks join us recently to brew this exciting new beer. Niko, formerly of Live Oak Brewing, and our Director of Brewing, Joe, concocted this homage to Yakima which features some of the freshest Amarillo, Chinook, Citra, and Mosaic we could get our hands on. This brew also features our kolsch yeast, pilsner malt, and a touch of oats.
