blend of two imperial stouts, aged in two separate Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. The stouts sat in the barrels for THIRTY MONTHS. We then blended the beers, split them in half, and adjuncted this portion with house-toasted pecans, coconut, chocolate, and Indonesian vanilla beans. It’s luxurious, thick, warm, incredibly flavorful, and 15% abv.There is a sweet vanilla and a caramelized brown sugar on the nose. It’s got major flavors of sticky chocolate covered caramels and toasted coconut. It has notes and of tootsie rolls and fudge.The hand toasted pecans mixed with this Indonesian vanilla gives it a vanilla crumble kind of pastry flavor and silky, velvety mouthfeel.The aftertaste lingers like you just bit into an Almond Joy then took a sip of super smooth bourbon.
