Style: Imperial Gose w/ Watermelon, Cucumber, LycheeABV: 8.5% / IBU: 8 / FG: – / SRM: –Fermentables: Pilsner Malt, Flaked Wheat, SugarHops: CentennialYeast: FERMO Brew AcidAdditional Ingredients: Lactose, Sea salt, Coriander seed, Watermelon, Cucumber, Lychee今帰仁産スイカ、豊見城産キュウリ、屋我地島産海塩、ライチピューレ(Les vergers Boiron)を贅沢に使用したImperial Goseです。その他、乳糖で甘味を補完し、コリアンダーシードを加えることで若干のスパイスフレーバーを感じることができます。Desdemonaと同じくワールプール工程で海塩・コリアンダーシードを加え、発酵終了後にフルーツ類を加えております。トップノートにスイカとキュウリ由来の爽やかな瓜感があり、スイカとライチの甘み・ベースビールの酸味・塩味がとても良いバランスでまとまっています。Imperial Gose is made with a generous amount of Nakijin watermelon, Tomigusuku cucumber, Yagaji Island sea salt, and lychee puree (Les vergers Boiron).Lactose is used to complement the sweetness, and coriander seeds are added to give it a slight spicy flavor.As with Desdemona, sea salt and coriander seeds are added during the whirlpool process, and fruits are added after fermentation is complete.The top note has a refreshing flavor from the watermelon and cucumber, and the sweetness of the watermelon and lychee and the sourness and saltiness of the base beer are well balanced.
