In september we picked Marechal Foch grapes from the vineyard De Pasa de Corinto in Glimmen. It spontaneously fermented to a beautiful natural wine, and macerated with skin for a month. We fermented apple juice from the farm orchard at Zuiderham, Aduard, and blended it with the wine, so it is a hybrid of wine, cider andlambic.Bottled 09/01/2020
