We’ve rebrewed one of the most popular pilot batches we’ve made this year – Amber Ale with Organic Rooibos Tea. The low-bitterness South African ‘Red Bush’ tea adds a sweet earthy character to the beer, which works fantastically on a complex but smooth re-tweaked red ale base.
