Nelson Sauvin hops—named for the Sauvignon Blanc grape—and pressed Sauvignon Blanc grapes themselves were added to this West Coast triple IPA, infusing it with this grape varietal's classic characteristics. Aromas of gooseberry, white peach and honeydew commingle with flavors of pomelo and Fuji apple.
