Our final Rare Breed of 2021 is a Barrel-Aged Cherry Sour. This 6% brew is the result of dark cherries aged in French oak Pinot barrels, plus plenty of patience from our brewers. We've packed it with a mix of sour and dark cherries to really make that cherry pop.
