A beer made in collaboration with Flor da Selva, a Lisbon roastery that was founded in 1950.After discussing with us the objectives, followed by tasting some options, we we convinced of this arabica variety, the Ethiopian Sidamo. A medium roast was then performed in order to provide some additional fruity flavours.The whole grains were infused in our robust stout until we achieve the expected result.
