A collaboration beer with our friends at Künstler Brewing. Zaftig pours with a hazy, apricot gold hue, and has an inviting apricot nose that just reminds of us Sommer. On the palate, bold profiles of apricot nectar and yellow peach are balanced against a crisp, biscuity malt backbone. We added a generous dose of hops that have notes of stone fruit and wine. Zaftig finishes semisweet with a pleasant acidity and soft mouthfeel.
