If you've been missing The Low End, this blend is your you! We haven't made any beer with wet hops in years, but last year the stars aligned. We received a massive amount of wet Cascade hops from High Wire Hops in Paonia, CO late last summer and steeped them in Saison wort just before knock out. This was a single puncheon batch and has amazing citrus and grassy notes in the nose. The hops are very well integrated into the beer. It really drinks like a fresh blend of ours from 2015 when we first started experimenting with this method. #teamnofruit you'll love this. Stock up. It will age gracefully
