No other than our beloved brother Amine from Maktoob Brewing ! Using the best side of this style we wanted to make it bitter and fruity, clean and drinkable, leaving a dry and crisp finish. Simcoe is taking the lead to make it bitter, piney, Idaho7 and Nectaron will give the modern kick with fruity notes, guava, stone fruit and citrus. This “westcoastish” IPA is a classic west coast IPA with a modern kick !
