Collaboration with Beer Street. We made a Hoppy Belgian Pale Ale brewed with Pilsner malt and white wheat. We then hopped it with Saaz, Mandarina Bavaria, and Hallertau Blanc. It has some noble hop notes accompanied by citrus and gooseberry character. Subtle malt notes including a little honey note and a dry finish.
