Rising Together

Описание

Rising together is a collaborative effort put forth by the Sacramento Area Brewers Guild. Participating breweries were given a base recipe and can label template and were told to take any liberties we wanted. For this West Coast IPA, we used a 5.5 lbs per bbl combo of El Dorado and hand selected Mosaic, Centennial, and Simcoe. Flavor will be the classic flavors of citrus and pine, but with that high of a dosing rate, the aromas will be noticeable from a few feet away.
