The second installment in our Wizard + Graf Series is a blend of saison and unfermented Basque & Vermont apple juicr that we fermented with house microflora & wild cultures collected from Shacksbury orchards. Aged in clay amphora & French oak, the resulting beer is tart, complex & funky, with an intriguing & distinctive minerality. We’ve team up with folks at Imperfect Produce to inoculate this particular brew with Trout Pears.
