Barred (Bourbon Barrel-aged) 2024

In April of 2023 we filled two ten-year bourbon barrels from one of our favorite distilleries with Barred (our Imperial Stout). After a 16-month slumber, the first of the two barrels is ready for your enjoyment. The Barred owl has come to symbolize balance, wisdom, adaptability, and intuition; each of these traits is critical to the process of making beer. We are excited to present you with our first imperial stout brewed and barrel-aged at the Twelve Percent Beer Project.
